Our store is currently a work in progress, all purchases are only available for delivery or in-store pickup. (No dine-in available.)

We are proud to say that all our ingredients used are Halal. Our pastries are 100% pork and lard free. 

You may make an online pre-order purchase through our website.
Please read the guide for our order procedure carefully before you proceed to checkout.

We accept online bank transfers and credit card payments for purchases made on our website. 
For credit card payments, a 3.6% transactional charge will be applied. 
 For Whatsapp orders, payments are only made via online bank transfer.

– Please note that your order is considered unconfirmed and we will not proceed with your order unless full payment has been made.

Etre Patisserie reserves the right to cancel an order if:
i) Late payment at the last minute 
ii) Did not receive a further response from the customer after placing an order
 – Once payment is made, we do not provide a refund.

We recommend ordering the cake for at least two days in advance. 

For custom made cakes and pastry, dessert tables and buffet orders, we recommend at least two weeks advance notice or more if possible. 

We will always try our best to meet last minute orders. If you have a cake emergency and need an urgent order, please call us and we will do our best to help you.

We accept custom made orders for individual fondant cakes, corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers/full moon parties, dessert tables, and catering. Kindly contact us for more information. 

Yes, we do delivery with our personal courier around Ipoh area with delivery charges based on our delivery policy.

Dry items such as cookies/gift box can be shipped Nationwide.
